1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Empirous (the “Service”), operated by Empirous. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Empirous provides AI-assisted tools that help you plan, build, and operate a business. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any action before it is taken on your behalf.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you submit, for complying with applicable laws (including marketing, email, advertising, and consumer-protection rules), and for any third-party accounts or integrations you connect. You must keep your credentials secure.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. No investment entitlement
Any reference to funding or investment is discretionary and subject to a separate written agreement, due diligence, and applicable law. Using the Service does not entitle any user to investment and is not an offer or solicitation of securities.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empirous is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outputs generated by the Service.
